Herby Cottage Pie & Apple and Basil Crumble (p.m.)
Learn how to make this traditional English potato topped pie. You will not forget the flavour of the apple and basil crumble you will bake for dessert.

Day 3: Introduction to Aromatherapy and essential oils (a.m.)
Learn about the interesting history, meaning and health benefits of the art of aromatherapy. Enjoy investigating a wide range of aromatic essential oils and learning about their practical uses

Traditional Victorian Afternoon Tea (p.m.)
Experience learning about afternoon tea before baking scones, with home-made jam and cream. Prepare traditional sandwiches and set the table before sitting down to appreciate the delicious results of your hard work.
